Tradesmen Unite!
Just curious, how many of y’all here work in the skilled trades like me?
I’m a welder and sometimes I feel like an outlier among my peers because none of them seem to care about culture and nerd stuff like I do. Gets kinda lonely at work when everyone is talking about sports and I’m just like “yeahhh I just want to talk about anime and video games” lol

I work in a warehouse. I’m 24 and I spent most of my 20s so far in college. I got an associate’s degree which I think was a waste of time and money but hindsight is 20/20

I know the feeling of wasting time. I spent 4 years at college with nothing to show for it except a mountain of debt. I gained more from 3 months of welding school than I ever did from those 4 years.

I’m a forklift operator. Not a tradesman, but in central FL all anyone cares about is sports, fishing, hunting & their 4-wheeler, so I feel your pain.
