  Daily Poll 995: Have You Worked in Food Service?

  I used to work in food service mostly as a dishwasher. The few years that I spent doing it made me realize that cooking is something I’d only do personally and it killed my ambitions to make a career in food service. I find that keeping a restaurant clean is hectic, messy and closing after a busy night would always wear me out. If you have food service experience let me know.
