Daily Poll 1422: Is It Better to Be Consistent or Intense?
I would say consistency is much more important being intense. Most people can only be intense for short bouts of time and then get so burnt out that they give up the habit all together. Being consistent on the other hand leads to long term success even if you have to wait for it to happen. There’s also the fact that a consistent person can slowly become intense as well.
