Daily Poll 1345: Has Crowdfunding Hurt Comics?
Comics have changed a lot from the days they were first introduced to the masses alongside magazines and now many comics are small indie affairs that are distributed online and funded with the internet as well. While many hardworking creatives have used crowdfunding to establish themselves. Others have used it to collect money and not deliver. Whether it’s malice or incompetence depends but many people have shirked from indie comics and comics in general from getting burned on late and/or nonexistent books. What do you think?
