Daily Poll 1112: Do You Watch the Game Awards?
The Game Awards started in 2014 and it’s always been a corporate affair. I’ve had this opinion because of the incessant ads and the placing it in December so the big game companies can use it to shill their current and upcoming releases. This year was a typical mess with Astro Bot winning game of the year and The Witcher IV and a new Naughty Dog game getting trailers shows the corporate control that exists of The Game Awards. I don’t view it as legitimate even with the increasing viewership. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
