Daily Poll 1090: What Do You Think of Pre-Nuptial Agreements?
Marriage is supposed to be forever but that is far from the case in the modern era. No fault divorce and the secular view of marriage has made divorce a common occurrence and to lessen the blow felt in family court pre-nuptials have become a thing. While they can protect assets in divorce they are often thrown out by family court. I think divorce is a sad reality that should be avoided at all costs. I don’t see myself getting married but if I were then I would not enter a marriage thinking I’d get divorced so I don’t think pre-nups are necessary. What do you think?
