Daily Poll 1053: Do You Buy Remakes?
The video game industry is much more of a cash cow than Hollywood. Gaming is now plagued by the same corporately driven unoriginality that movies are. Games are being remade or remastered left and right. While some remakes make sense and are done faithfully many others are butchered into buggy messes and updated for the dreaded modern audience. I don’t get in on too many remakes and I think getting into retro games via emulation or even better on original hardware is the way to go. What do you think?
